Install LMS2SERVER 2.18.3

The latest version of the IAR License Server Tools software supersedes all its previous versions. It is required by all IAR products released under the License Management System 2 (LMS2) technology when using self-hosted network or global licenses.

Note: Do not try running IAR License Server Tools version 2.xx together with version 1.xx on the same server.
Note: Do not try running IAR License Server Tools version 2.xx together with licenses from other vendors.

# Download the latest installer

# Optional: Validate the hash

# Install the IAR License Server Tools

sudo apt install ./iar-license-server-tools-2.18.3.deb

Then proceed with the license activation process as detailed in the “Installation and Licensing – Command Line User Guide”.
